![]() The story...
![]() Under The Eve has graced the stages as well as many outdoor events and band showcases all around the Western New York area with great reception. They have opened for bands such as Gamalon, Seven Day Faith and shared bills with Klear and Stemm. The main goal of the band is to give their audiences a breath of fresh music by using a bluesy, soulful mix of catchy melodies and tight arrangements, Under The Eve bring's to mind the classic sounds of Led Zeppelin fused with modern rock sensibilities of Soundgarden and Jeff Buckley.
![]() The members originally met at while attending classes at Niagara County Community College in ‘99 which ended up spirting various music projects and performances. Then in the fall of 2001, Geoff barone finished his solo debut “Mercy” and called upon his school mates drummer Scott Clinton and bassist Corey Pietrzak to take his music out to the clubs. Soon after recording their first ep in 2002, close friend and fellow guitarist Mike Naus who was helping the band on the recording was asked to join the band full-time.
![]() U.T.E has managed to put up two ep’s “All You Need Is What You Need and “The Spiders” released by 603 Productions and a few tracks have been played on WBNY 91.3 (Buffalo State College) and has appeared on various public access show’s including “The Greg Sterlace Show”. Presently the band is in the pre-production stages of their first full length album slated for a summer release.

"Under the Eve is a really good band, man! Tight as all hell, great singer hitting the highs ... got a chance to catch them opening up for Klear last weekend and was impressed, then their Zeppelin set crushed the night after ... if they carry on they have a bright future." -Jeff Garbaz www.garbaz.com/Jackson Music
review from U.T.E's performance at "The Happening" V 6.0 7/29/02
The band Under The Eve presented hard-driving, melodic, and catchy melodies. With nice arrangements, tight musical structure, these guys show potential for only getting better as time goes on." - Ida from www.brrtv.com (Buffalo Rock Review)
![]() review from U.T.E's performance at "The Happening" V 8.0 2/28/03
![]() Under The Eve, who have been climbing the local ladder to music success, were far more powerful than I remember. I was literally stopped in my tracks as I meandered around the perimeter, checking to make sure this was the same band I had heard at The Happening-6.0. This band has made major strides in tightness, presentation, and vocal presence. I was floored. You guys have come a long way. Nice, nice job. - Ida from www.brrtv.com (Buffalo Rock Review)
